Pacific Airshow - HB
This is one of our favorite recurring projects. From 2018 to 2024, we have deployed the critical network infrastructure to support this event. The Pacific Airshow is a perfect example of a full-scope project for us. Below are some of the highlights of our involvement:

P.O.S (Point of Sale) - This event features multiple locations for food and beverage sales, merchandise, and ticket scanning at each gate. Using various antennas, we "shoot" the internet across the beach to provide connectivity where needed.
Live Coverage - In 2021, Hulu provided media coverage for the entire event. We supplied a dedicated internet uplink, ensuring a seamless live stream with no service interruptions.
Backup Communications Network - With the high volume of attendees, we anticipated potential disruptions to cell coverage. To maintain reliable communication, we implemented an emergency backup network using VoIP phones and high-speed internet. This ensured a dependable communication channel in case the cell network went down.
Production Network - Over the three-day event, the Operations team required consistent internet access to execute the show smoothly. One of our favorite moments was in 2023, when President Trump did a flyby in his jet while addressing attendees via a Zoom call—supported by our network.
VIP WiFi - Select locations offered WiFi access for attendees, allowing them to upload photos and videos of the show. After all, free press is the best press!
The Pacific Airshow holds a special place in our hearts. Working long days in direct sunlight, on the beach, and in the elements might sound like a nightmare to some, but for us, it’s just another day "in the office."
LA Chargers Training Camp
For a brief period, while the Chargers' official LA facility was under construction, the team held their training camp at Jack Hammett Sports Complex. Over the course of three weeks, the Chargers practiced on-site, alternating between open sessions for attendees and private, closed-door practices. During this time, our network played a crucial role in supporting various aspects of their camp:
Front Gate - On days when the public was invited to watch practice, every attendee had to have their ticket scanned at the front gate.
Media - An on-site media team was responsible for capturing photos and recording videos of the practices. Their success depended on a fast, stable internet connection capable of handling large uploads and downloads.
Production Network - From the DJ to the coaches, everyone involved in operations relied on our network to stay connected.
Working with teams like the legendary LA Chargers is always an incredible experience!

Wodapalooza - HB
2024 marked the first year that Wodapalooza—a well-known event in the CrossFit world—made its way to the West Coast. Spanning three days of incredible displays of physical and mental strength, Wodapalooza was another unforgettable event. Here’s how we helped make it a success:
P.O.S (Point of Sale) - With multiple locations selling food, drinks, and merchandise, a reliable network was essential. Using advanced technology, we "shot" the internet across the beach to provide connectivity wherever it was needed.
Live Coverage - Wodapalooza’s main events were broadcast by a professional media team using state-of-the-art cloud broadcasting technology. These systems require a fast, stable network to function seamlessly—and we were there to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Media - Several media teams were on-site, capturing and uploading content throughout the event. Our network provided them with the speed and reliability needed to share their footage in real time.
Production Network - Keeping the production team connected was a top priority. With critical communications relying on email and other digital tools, we made sure they had a seamless, worry-free connection.
From operational networks to media teams and live event broadcasting, we were there every step of the way, ensuring a successful show for everyone involved.
Pacific Airshow - AU
In 2023, we had the incredible opportunity to partner with the Pacific Airshow team as they expanded their horizons across the Pacific Ocean to debut their first-ever show on the Gold Coast of Australia.
This deployment mirrored the structure of the Huntington Beach airshow, with a few strategic adjustments tailored to the new location.

Much like the Huntington Beach event, the Pacific Airshow Gold Coast was a full-scale production requiring meticulous planning and execution. Here’s a breakdown of the key components we managed:
P.O.S (Point of Sale) - The event featured multiple points of sale across the venue, handling food and beverage sales, merchandise, and ticket scanning at each entry gate. To ensure seamless operations, we deployed advanced antenna systems to "shoot" internet connectivity across the beach, providing reliable coverage where needed.
Backup Communications Network - With tens of thousands of attendees, we anticipated potential strain on local cell networks. To mitigate this, we implemented a robust backup communications network. Using VoIP phones and ultra-fast internet connections, we created a fail-safe system to ensure uninterrupted communication, even if primary networks were compromised.
Production Network - Over the three-day event, the Operations team relied heavily on internet access to execute the show flawlessly. From flight operations and safety teams to the production crew managing audio systems, we ensured every team stayed connected and operational.
VIP WiFi - In select areas, we provided high-speed WiFi for attendees. This not only enhanced the guest experience but also encouraged attendees to share photos and videos of the event in real time. After all, free press is the best press!
The Pacific Airshow Gold Coast stands as a testament to the power of refining processes and adapting them to new environments. By leveraging insights from previous airshows in California and collaborating closely with Australian teams, we successfully achieved the goals outlined during the pre-planning phase. This cross-continental partnership not only strengthened our expertise but also bridged the gap between American and Australian event production standards.
